The Real Truth About Abs

You want to know the real truth about abs? Everybody has a secret but the truth is, you have to diet properly and do the right combinations of exercise to get the washboard stomach. If you have a gut or pooch, all the sit-up or crunches in the world is not going to get you a six pack. You have to decrease the amount of weight you carry around your mid-section. You also have to do the "right" exercises to give you the best sculpting of your abs.

Exercises for Abs

To get the abs that you want you have to put in the work. And it will be hard work, believe that! But if you want to be the envy of all at the beach, look better in your clothes, and just feel better about how you look, it is worth it.

Typically, the most common exercises are sit-ups , and crunches. There are different variations of both, that we'll discuss later. But there are some ab exercises that you may not know, that work great.

They are:
1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

These exercises target some of the hard to get areas of your stomach.
Again it takes a well rounded ab regime to get that ripped look.

I just wanted to start you off with this info. It's not just the million crunches, or 200 sets of sit-ups thats going to get you six pack. It's variety of exercise, along with proper diet.
